By applying principles of Occupational Therapy, we take a holistic view of your dog’s physical, emotional, and social needs, helping them engage confidently in meaningful activities and develop strong, healthy relationships with both people and other dogs.
Our structured walking and training service ensures dogs are matched to the right level of training and social interaction, allowing them to progress at their own pace while building skills, confidence, and enjoyment.
All new clients receive a free initial assessment.
This allows us to get to know your dog as an individual, place them in the most suitable group, and give you peace of mind by meeting the person you are trusting with your much-loved companion.

Progressive Walking and Training Service
Following your free initial assessment, your dog will be enrolled in our Walk & Train programme, designed to build strong foundations and support lasting progress.
Each session focuses on developing essential life skills such as loose lead walking, reliable recall, and appropriate socialisation. We also work closely with you to address any additional training goals, ensuring a consistent and joined-up approach that complements any existing training you may already have in place.
As your dog gains confidence and demonstrates a strong level of skill, they may progress onto our structured group walk programme—offering the opportunity to practise these behaviours in a safe, real-world setting.
To ensure consistency and meaningful progress, we require a minimum of two walks per week for all dogs enrolled in the service.
We offer a fully door-to-door service, with walk time starting once we arrive at our walking location and are safely out of the vehicle and ready to begin.
Your dog’s safety and comfort are our priority. Our van is fitted with a bespoke, fully insulated crate system, complete with fan-assisted cooling, emergency escape hatches, and soft lighting for darker winter months. Fresh water is available to all dogs throughout their journey, providing peace of mind every step of the way.
WALK & TRAIN
Our Walk & Train sessions are fully tailored to your dog as an individual, supporting them to build confidence, develop essential skills, and truly enjoy every outing.
We support loose lead walking, social skills, basic obedience, and confidence in new environments, working at a pace that suits your dog.
Together, we set clear training goals that support the lifestyle you want, helping your dog become a calm, confident member of a pack.
Training is delivered through play inspired by natural canine behaviours—keeping every walk engaging, rewarding, and fun.
Walk and Trains £25 per hour
These are based on 1-2-1 sessions with your dog.
STRUCTURED GROUP WALK
Our Structured Group Pack Walks build on the strong foundations developed during Walk & Train sessions, with the aim of gradually integrating your dog into a balanced, well-matched pack.
To ensure a calm, positive experience, pack sizes are limited.
Groups are thoughtfully formed based on training level, confidence, and personality, allowing dogs to complement one another and setting each group up for success.
As with our Walk & Train sessions, we explore a variety of local environments to support generalisation of skills and keep walks engaging and enriching. Each outing is carefully structured to provide meaningful exercise, social learning, and—most importantly—plenty of fun.

HOUSE SITTING
When you’re away, your dog deserves the same level of comfort, care, and routine they enjoy every day. Our house sitting service offers a calm, familiar alternative to kennels, keeping your dog settled in the place they feel safest—their own home.
We stay in your home and follow your dog’s normal routines as closely as possible, providing consistent care, companionship, and reassurance. This helps your dog remain relaxed, content, and well cared for until you return.
Prices start from £50 per 24hours
Based on number of dogs within the home and your individual needs.

BESPOKE TRAINING SERVICE
1.1 TRAINING SESSIONS
Training sessions focus on building solid foundations for you and your dog.
Based on helping you get the most out of your pet dog.
They focus on obedience, lead walking, play, engagement, house manners and relationship building.
Let us know what it is you want to work on and we will work with you to create goals that your dog can achieve.

Give your puppy the best possible start in life with our tailored Puppy Packages.
Activities are based around your future plans for your dog—whether that’s socialising at a coffee date or exploring new environments, we make it happen.
Our sessions focus on socialisation, gentle exposure, play, relationship building, and, most importantly, having fun—setting your puppy up for a confident, happy future.

URBAN GROUP WALKS
Our Urban Class is perfect for anyone looking to help their dog stay calm and neutral around others in real-world environments—beyond the walls of a traditional group class.
These walks give dogs the opportunity to practise being relaxed and content in the presence of other dogs, building confidence and social skills in a controlled, supportive setting.
Sessions take place at various locations around Colchester and the wider Essex area, lasting approximately one hour, and are held twice a month on Thursday evenings.
Cost: £10 per session, one dog per handler. Sessions are limited to six dogs (unless otherwise arranged at booking). If you’re unsure whether this class is suitable for your dog, get in touch—we’re happy to advise.
MONTHLY COFFEE CLUB
Our Coffee Club is a relaxed way to meet other local dog owners while enjoying a lead walk together.
These walks are designed for dogs to practise calm, neutral behaviour around others—not to play—helping them become confident and content in the company of other dogs.
Walks take place at various locations around Colchester, lasting around an hour, followed by a stop at a dog-friendly café for coffee.
Sessions are held on weekends.
Coffee Club is free, with one dog per handler, with limited spaces.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Before You Start
Prior to using any of our services, you must:

Complete and sign our client questionnaire, including your details, your pet’s details, and your veterinarian’s information.

For walking services, provide a key to your property or access to a key safe
(we hold keys for access and emergency purposes only).
General Terms

A minimum of two walks per week is required for all walking clients.

By using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

You must inform us of any concerns regarding behaviour, illness, fleas, allergies, accidents, or other issues before services begin or as soon as possible after they arise.

We assess your dog’s behaviour on walks and may adjust, cancel, or refuse services if it is in the best interest of your dog, other dogs, humans, or the general public.

All previous or ongoing aggression, reactivity, or fearful behaviours must be disclosed. Dogs may be required to wear a muzzle if deemed necessary. Non disclosure may result in cancelation of services.

Any photos of your pet taken by us remain our property and may be used on social media or our website.
-
Inform us if any CCTV or monitoring systems exist in your home. Failure to do so may result in immediate service withdrawal without refund.

You are responsible for your dog’s exercise suitability; we recommend consulting your vet prior to them joining the service.

Dogs must have a collar with ID tag, and appropriate seasonal clothing (coat for winter, cooling jacket for summer). We provide our own waste bags.
Booking & Consultations

All new clients must complete the questionnaire and attend an in-home consultation before services begin.

Contact details on the questionaire will be used for future bookings unless updates are provided.
Keys
-
One key must be provided for our use; it will be stored securely at our registered business address.

Where keys are requested to be left after the completion of services this is the owner’s responsibility to ensure the location selected is secure and we will not be held responsible for any incidents following a key being left unattended.

Key boxes are accepted, but we are not liable for any damage to them.

If access cannot be gained due to key issues, full charges still apply.
Privacy
-
All client information is kept private and confidential in line with GDPR.
-
Pet photos on social media will not include personal details of pets, walks, or routines.
Insurance
-
We hold public liability and specialist dog walker insurance for the peace of mind of our clients.
-
Insurance covers only our services and staff for the duration of the selected service, and only for services agreed.
-
Clients must ensure the property and pets are adequately insured.
Other Household Considerations
-
Inform us if anyone else has access to your home (cleaners, maintenance personnel, friends, family, neighbours).
-
Clients are responsible for notifying others that our services are being used.
Pet Health & Safety
-
Dogs with active contagious illness cannot be cared for and may result in immediate cancellation.
-
Clients are responsible for costs if their dog transmits illness to staff or other dogs.
-
Vaccination is not mandatory, but owners accept responsibility for any illness contracted during services.
Emergencies
-
In an emergency, we will contact you or your emergency contact.
-
Your veterinarian will be contacted immediately, or the nearest emergency service if your vet is unavailable.
-
You are responsible for all veterinary costs.
-
Staff may provide first aid as trained, and emergency veterinary care may be sought without prior consultation if necessary to preserve your dogs life.
Cancellation Policy
-
Services cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full unless cancelled by us.
-
Deposits are held in the event of cancellation.
-
Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice will have fees carried forward, no refunds.
-
Permanent walking service cancellations require one month’s notice; otherwise, fees will still apply.
Payment
-
Payments accepted via bank transfer.
-
Invoices are issued weekly in advance; please confirm requirements by Friday noon and pay within 48 hours of invoice.
-
Late payments incur £2 per day until paid.
